Whenever I go to buy new make up in Boots or even the nicer stores like Debenhams the way the makeup ladies do it on me is just :puke: :puke:

No offence but its terrible and their make up is usually done badly too although they are obviously pretty lasses working for stores an all.

Where can I go to find a good one? short of hiring one off Craigs list or something lol.

Are there any hair and beauty stores near you? I wouldn't trust store people, they often have a time limit and usually do makeup to a 'template'.

Is there a MAC store near you? I had my make-up done in their Glasgow store for my uni graduation and I was really pleased with the outcome.

Best thing I can say is, try a makeup artist who does wedding makeup, usually these people are good at light more natural makeup which will (by the sounds of it) be more like your style. Best place to find local artists is on instagram tbh.

And the foundation shade that they match isn't even the right one!
