    I need some advice on being alone. Well to be honest I've been alone a lot. Growing up without a dad and my mum leaving me last year really took a lot out of me. But it hit me a lot more when my ex boyfriend broke up with me 3 months ago.

    I realise the importance of being alone and that he wasn't right for me. But sometimes I just wish I had someone to hold me and I get upset thinking about it. I try to push the thought out but I know it's there. Any advice on how to not need comfort?

    everyone needs comfort, you cant ignore it-hang out with your friends more often they'll help you out

    Focus on yourself and set future targets which should keep you busy like gyming or something you can improve while alone also watching YouTube helps sometimes and I find out that I learn everyday from educational videos
