    I've had sex with over ten girls this year at university WITHOUT a condom and I'm afraid of STIs is OK to have sex with one more then ask her to get herself checked because I have a serious fear of needles.

    No, get checked. Don't put someone else's sexual health at risk.

    If this isn't trolling, it's massive stupidity.

    As someone says, many are tested for via a swab or urine sample. The blood needed for an HIV check can be done via a thumb prick rather than 'a needle', or you could opt out of that too.
