I wish to do the new A level exam mathematics course in one year. Is it possible to do both year's papers this year, considering that this year is the first year that this spec is going to be tested??

I'm not wholly certain what you mean 'by both year's papers' but if you mean can I take new spec Maths A level this year then the answer is yes.

p.s. But on another thread you mention Further Maths. This isn't available at full A level for the new spec in 2018.

Yes, you can take the full A-level this year. It's not modular anymore, and isn't split into A2 and AS.

i think if the course its reformed, then all examination is at the end of the second year of a levels, that is how most reformed courses are as they are looking to remove AS qualifications and teach all content during the 2 years and complete all examination at the end of the 2nd year. thats is how all of my courses are and i did not have any exams at the end of year 12.

You could still take the old spec if you're interested, and then resit any modules you want to June 2019.

yes, but this year will be the last chance to sit modules that aren't resits. (2019 is a purely resit series)

    Yes.

If you are going for the full Maths and Further Maths I think you could probably do both A levels on the old spec - you'd need to check with Edexcel first to be sure but it would make more sense. I'd try asking them at TeachingMaths@pearson.com
