Could I get a 2:1?

I want to figure out how hard I have to work to get a 2:1.
Weightings of the years
1st Year: Results didn't count
2nd Year: worth 33% - I got 49%
Final Year: worth 67%
I know I didn't work that hard in second year but I am much more determined this year. I am currently in final year and I want to know how well how I would have to do to leave with a 2:1.
Also what advice do you guys have for getting consistently high grades in all my modules?

You'll need your final year to average out to 65.5% to get a 2.1
In terms of advice, just crack on with it. Don't leave exams/coursework to the last week (especially your dissertation if you have one).
Be proactive at university, manage your time well and look for internships/graduate jobs over the course of your final year. Good luck!
