    good morning guys
    today i was given a gene sequence and i was asked to find the intron and exon sequence. anyone have an idea how to do that ? without any softwares cause i couldnt find it online thanks

    I've made this into a new thread for you. If you have a new question it's always best to create a new thread rather than bumping or derailing old ones.

    Ideally you should look for start and stop codons to see where the genes are. There are loads of online tools
