    thats not good! she wont be able to have kids and thats something you might want5 to think about if you are planning on staying with her, she could go to a clinic (its completely confidential, and free!) she could get rid of the chlamydia but the long term effects will stay be there, good luck x

    Rubbish. Chlamydia can cause infertility if it causes pelvic inflammatory disease, which is then left untreated, but most of the time it doesn't. I have had pelvic inflammatory disease, not from an std, and I have no long term problems from it.
