    Hi all,

I have a well accomplished work history spanning over 20 years . I recently left a 3 jobs which i felt really exploited my talents .On my resignation , it started this. I since applied to two further jobs and received an emails asking me to attend an interview with no details confirming dates etc. I contacted the companies by email but received nothing bad. Could it be they called my ex employers out of curiosity as to why i eft as the jobs i have applied for is at the same level of the one i resigned from? Will it be an idea to leave my last job off my CV?

Highly unlikely. It's very time consuming taking up references and most employers (except in Education and similar) don't contact past employers until the final candidate they want to make an offer to.

What do you mean by 'I recently left a 3 jobs'?

The places you applied to probably just have lousy HR processes or were speculating and testing the market, without any real job available. Did you find their job adverts somewhere it's free to advertise?

Nothing too brilliant, lets put it that way. It was just a job

If you didn't last that long on that job (let's say you only lasted about a month), then I suggest you don't put it on your CV.

You could do but they will want to know what you were doing in that time.
