Help- University course requirements

Hi everyone, I am an international applicant applying to Psychology and Philosophy degree in University of Edinburgh. Course requirements say that I should have at least one approved science/ maths subject which I do not, but I wonder if a fairly strong personal statement and references, with 4A* predictions (Philosophy, Sociology, Law, Chinese) and A in Psychology EPQ can make up for that. Other universities that I emailed to state that the subject requirement(for my course) are not mandatory, just recommended. What do you guys think? Should I substitute it with another university choice or email the admission tutor at this peak time?

Listen to what the universities say - they're the ones who will be considering your application so take their advice. If they say it's ok, then it's ok
