For GCSE Maths, I was predicted a 4 but ended up with a 6, 1 mark away from a 7.

Although I am proud of the 6, it constantly annoys me that I was that close to a 7. It looks like a thorn on my CV and UCAS application, since numeracy is such a useful skill for employers.

It’s also stopping me from doing university courses that ask for a 7 if you haven’t done Maths as an A-Level.

Is there anyway I can get this mark without a resit? I got a remark and went up in one paper but went down in another! Maybe a cheeky bribe will suffice?

As far as I'm aware, it's too late for remarks. It may be a bit late for the November resits (however you should double check this with your exams officer).

I'm retaking my Maths GCSE in November and I feel like it's the best way to improve dramatically
