DipHE is awarded after passing the first two years of BSc at university (if e.g a student fails the final year).

If with DipHE I apply to enter straight into the 3rd year i.e. the final year of a BSc, will I be accepted (assuming that my previous two years of study covers the same modules as the first two years of the new university course for which I would be applying)? Do you know if others have done it?

    Thanks.

You should informal enquiries of the uni some will be more amenable than others. You should also look for top up degrees. Transferring into year three is hard unless theres specific provision or top ups.

It doesnt help if the reason you are seeking entry is because you failed the first time round. I have heard of people doing it though, but it will take some research. It ,might be better if you had extenuatings as well. You would also need to check your funding.
