Does this sound like he likes me?

I've seen him look at me as we're walking past each other. Sometimes when I'm next to him though he never looks at me. Earlier today I saw them with their friends looking at me and my friends and giggling. Saying that though I have been in several locations where they've been so they might think we're following them even though it was pure coincidence. Can I get some advice? Do they like me?
