    Remember you are studying for your future! Studying is temporary, success will last you longer! Take timed 5min breaks every thirty minutes or 10min breaks every hour, take it easy and organize yourself so that it doesn't feel overwhelming

    I know that studying can be boring but it may help if you
    find a way that will make studying more fun like
    using post it notes
    making the notes into a game
    studying with friends

    Make sure that you are taking breaks in between tasks.
    studying is quality not quantity

    hope this helps 😊
    (just out of curiosity, what year are you in)
