    How much of reading lists are you meant to read?

    I know some universities put reading lists as compulsory while others put it as a recommendation to get students to think about the subject they'll study. But then other unis recommend that you don't read because you'll spend the next 3-4 years reading. so I guess it's your choice and it's mostly depending on which uni you're going to. .
