Wikipedia is mainly not so any info u get from it u hav to search to ensure it is true. Wiki pages about specific subjects (like Simpson's wiki, Harry Potter wiki) are usually reliable.

Wikipedia requires citations for most major assertions, else they are to be removed. It can be seen in superscript, eg. [1], [2], etc. Articles have talk pages where controversial statements can be contested, discussed, and possibly removed on consensus.

For stuff like physical constants or equations wiki will certainly be correct (e.g. speed of light, formula for acceleration). Big articles on well-known topics are also likely to be entirely correct, as there will be lots of people reading them who will flag up anything dubious. More niche articles require a bit more caution. And whatever the topic, never use Wikipedia as a reference in an essay.
