    Hey,

I'm completely lost on writing my personal statement for colleges. I need help to write it.

I have not done anything that colleges are really looking for. I mostly spend my time at the gym(which I believe colleges couldn't care less) and programming.

However most of my time programming is learning new things(like Java, C++, android dev) and I only have 1 actual project I've finished myself with many others unfinished. I did once get a few people around the world to start a little game dev group. We ended up not making anything fascinating as they were all uni students and were very busy(don't blame them) and I wasn't as experienced then.

I am hoping to do Computer Science in uni and for A levels I'm doing Computer science, maths and physics.

    Thank you!

Try and look for key transferable skills to highlight that you may be able to apply to your desired course e.g. Commitment to the gym and programming. Sometimes things we don't necessarily see as relevant could be the things that impress admissions tutors the most.

So you reckon I could say that I'm a very committed person and hard working person and then try bring that in by mentioning my gym and programming as proof?

I feel like I still need to think about other things I can link to it or other stuff as that's too little.

    Thanks!
