    Any good tips on preventing and comping with exam and study stress and balancing work and leisure time ?

    take on thing at a time. don't think too much ahead you might psych yourself out. Focus on one thing at a time don't try to do everything all at once.

    Make a timetable with breaks in so you have times to look forward to

    Have the odd complete day off doing any work and plan to do something, again to look forward to and to take your mind off it

    Finish at a set time every night AND DON'T DO ANYMORE - sit and relax and watch TV or something

    Revise/work with someone doing the same subject as you
    Test each other

    Make sure you're getting enough sleep, try to eat well and drink lots of water to try and deal with stress

    Reward yourself with food/buy yourself something

    Spend time with your parents?

    Meditate?
