    Already got chicken and rice, pasta and tuna, spag bol and pasta pesto. Anyone else got ideas?

    Eat eggs, lots of them and pasta. I personally tried to gain weight but since I run long distance, it's hard. If you have enough carbs and proteins in your diet, buy coconut oil and add 2 tbsp to your drink e.g. tea or coffee a day. Should give you an extra 250 cals. Also, minimise the veggies you eat because frankly, they don't provide you with enough cals to bulk.

    You can get several different meals out of chicken and rice, such as curries, tomato and basil chicken and rice, sweet and sour, lemon chicken and rice etc. There's also chilli con carne, lasagne, spaghetti and meatballs, a bowl of oats, omelette or scrambled egg (on toast if you like), beans on toast. Just some off the top of my head.
