honestly it's just so nice to never have to do RE again.... so much less anger. Also my courses are all really interesting at the moment (maths especially) and honestly, I relatively enjoy doing the extra work (!!!!!!)

I felt similar when studying my A levels, too (biology, maths and psychology). I felt at GCSE that the contents just skimmed the surface of topics whereas at A level they're explored at a much deeper depth so you get a much better understanding of how everything works.

I don't love it but I definitely prefer it much better to gcse as you can just focus on 3 subjects and not 8

I prefer it over GCSE's so much! So many subjects I never have to do again. We've already had our first set of pre-public exams and hey went pretty well for me as far as I'm aware (all I know is that I got an A in History - he wouldn't let us have an A* but ah well lmao). I love the independence and a lot of the topics as well. Honestly, there's oddly less stress on me now than there was in GCSE's. I just couldn't deal with maths lmao.
