    I started year 11 to find out my computer science teacher had changed our exam board from AQA to EDUQAS/ WJEC one year into our course!!!!! Any help would be useful: differences between the exam boards, revision tips, your personal experience, ANYTHING please. Thanks have nice day

    1) Your teacher is an a**hole.

    2) I'm not even sure if that is allowed. You should really talk to your headmaster about it and explain that your teacher shouldn't be switching courses around this close to exams.

    3) I'm not personally in WJEC or any other exam type other than GCSE AQA. There is a class below me that takes the WJEC course, and there are quite some significant differences.

    The WJEC course, as far as I'm aware, does alot less complicated work, to put it bluntly. The AQA Course covers Computational Systems, Electronics on a smaller scale and focuses on programming. AQA also takes 3 examinations in total (2 Written Papers, 1 Controlled Assessment).
