    Hi All, what would you suggest me to improve my reliability in my everyday life? How can I avoid the tireness, stress and worries?
    Because I really want to do everything well and succed in mu studies at collge.

    Change your dietary habits. Include fruits and squeezed lemon juice in warm water in the morning is much healthier than a coffee
