    Hello,

It's good you are trying to deal with it.
One good (and research-backed) strategy is exercise. Just do whatever gets you sweaty...dancing, running, whatever. Find whatever you like and make it a priority to do it let's say 3 times a week.

Another way is to sit down and reflect on what's going on. Think about how much control you have over the situation and what you can realistically change. Ask yourself what can you do to make things better? This will hopefully also ease some stress over situations that are genuinely out of your hand.

And last, just keep talking about it. If you have someone who will listen, use it!

    Good luck!

Look mate, what you're dealing with academically sounds pretty hard. I'm holding a deferral to King's for Law so hopefully I'm not completely out of my depth. For me at least, just chill. It sounds stupid, like telling a depressive to 'be happy'. Basically, just put your feet up and watch telly, or have a beer, lager, whatever you prefer. Just live to relax, for an hour, even for a few days. If you can cram all your work into one day, why ruin 5 days by spacing it out. I'm sorry to go against everyone on this whole site but cramming does work, and if you think it doesn't, you haven't crammed everything or you've never tried it, if you can write it all out a couple times by killing yourself in one day, why write it out a couple times over 5 days and moderately injure yourself on each of those days. It doesn't make sense. Take time and just be chill and love life. Green x
