Alright, I have got a ACA graduate job in Moore Stephens (London office). And I was set on joining it.
But two days ago, I got a call from BDO that they found my CV on reed and want to offer me an Accounts Executive role. (I was surprised and happy because I hadnt actually applied to BDO graduate role directly ever). I said no to them because I NEED ACA package. Today they called me saying they would happily put me in ACA graduate role after I come for discussion with them. (Regional office).

I am now conflicted. I know BDO is 5th best but going there was never in my thought.

Please tell me what I should do? Which is better in terms of career prospects, work-life balance, London/Regional differences etc.
In MS my salary will be £26500. In BDO, it is £23000 for Accounts Executive but I dont know how it will change if they give me ACA role as promised.
