    Can someone please explain every step of this question, I just don't understand it?

    An aeroplane has velocity f relative to air mod(u)=air speed of plane
    Wind has velocity g relative to ground mod(g)=wind speed
    h is velocity of plane relative to ground mod(h)=ground speed of plane
    the plane has an airspeed of 300km/h, when the plane is blowing from the east and when the wind is blowing to the east a velocity of 200km/h from the ground towards the northeast.
    find the wind vector g

    As I said, I have no idea how to do this question so please do not hint at things, explicitly explain them.
