15 years old.Unfortunately I discovered masturbation at an extremely young age, meaning that for the first 3 years of 'fun' I really lacked hygiene. For the past year I have been washing my member regularly but I cannot seem to get rid of smegma build up?

How can i get rid of it once and for all? It really is unpleasant and I want to have a clean penis. thanks :/

    Hot water in the shower?
    Tweezers/fingers and peel it off?
    Go to a doctor?

Just clean under the foreskin and keep it clean, related to puberty in the same way acne and mental hormones are I think, settles down and doesn't come back past a point.

Circumcised men do not have this problem.

If you can't get it clean at all, it may be GP time, because it shouldn't be difficult.

It will always be produced, so it's a case of regularly pulling your foreskin back and using water and if that alone doesn't work, some mild soap / cleaner. Just as with washing anywhere else, really.

No, they have other ones. But given that he's not, it's not particularly relevant.
