I received 5 A's at higher and I'm currently doing Advanced Maths, Chemistry, Music and Higher Geography. I'm not too sure which uni's are the best for chemistry and I'm looking for some opinions and advice. I'm mainly looking for Uni's in Scotland.

Hi I’ve applied and received offers for Medicinal Chemistry! On open days I LOVED York University, as the Chemistry department was absolutely amazing (it is also 4th top in the league tables for chemistry)! I’m also applying to Newcastle and St. Andrew’s for Medicinal Chemistry as they were my favourite and cover a range of grades.

St. Andrews is good, so is Edinburgh (guy who won 2016 Nobel Prize in chemistry did his doctorate there)
According to the complete university guide, there's only 7 scottish uni's that do chemistry, so it's not like you have a wide choice if it's only Scotland you are looking at
