So I just had a assessment centre today. I felt the interview went really well but then things went downhill from there. I was really unprepared for the group exercise and feel I did not do as well as I could have done. I'm really annoyed at myself for messing up so badly. I'm so annoyed at myself for screwing up with the group exercise. Does anyone have any tips for how to do well in group exercises?
