How important are “good teeth” to you? I was born with a defect called Dentinogenisis Imperfecta, which causes my teeth to have a dark yellow, see-through appearance.

Lately I have been getting so self conscious about it, the more girls I meet with beautiful white teeth. It’s not like I can explain to them when I see them glancing into my mouth every time I speak.

Because of this defect, my teeth probably won’t last by the time I’m 30 ( I’m 19 now ). They’re too weak for Venneers and I can’t have them whitened either

obviously everyone likes nice teeth, they are nice to look at, but it's not something that you can change so I don't think people should treat you differently for it, I can kind of relate as my teeth were all over the place before I got braces so I was incredibly self conscious and basically never opened my mouth, I don't judge people by Thier teeth so I don't. see why they would judge me, don't worry about it too much, most perfect white teeth are fake anyways 😉
