    I've been meaning to try it to cope with the stress of A2.
    Anyone have any tips?
    Does it take a while to help...?

    time management is key, I think the most effective way is the 888, spend 8 hours sleeping 8 hours working and then 8 hours to do as you please. for me, I get stressed because of work I have not done so I try to manage my time, if you are prepared and organised there will be no reason to stress etc

    The 888 is kinda hard to follow. 8 hours of school + 8 hours of sleep which would be around 11pm-7am = leaves 8 hours for when I get home. Those 8 hours are (mostly) spent doing homework and revision...so litterally no time to chill.

    oh it must be different in your school, because I'm in A2 I only take 3 subjects so I have a lot of free periods during the school day where I can do my homework l
