    Well, if your anxiety is very frequent and you can't always put your finger on why you're feeling that why, then it wouldn't be the normal type of anxiety. Does it bother you on day to day basis?

    I would say the main thing is to not let thoughts get to you too easily and stay positive.

    You should see a doctor/GP. In the meantime try Kalm tablets or Bach Rescue Remedy.

    I can usually find a reason to be anxious... I think.

    Right now yes, because I have so much college work and I haven't done my personal statement. I'm meant to hand it in Monday :cry:
