Basically my foreskin is tight and doesn't retract over the head of my penis.
I've never had sex but recently I've been seeing this girl and she seems pretty keen on having it but I've been endlessly delaying it.

Not sure I can delay it for much longer what should I do?

You not been to your GP about it? For most people cream is enough to sort it out or yeah you can get your foreskin chopped off but its not as bad as it sounds

Tell your girlfriend the truth and then see a GP

Don't get an op. I had this problem because sex ed was inadequate at my schools, so I thought the "foreskin" was the very tip bit that hangs over the edge, so I never knew it was meant to pull back until I was around 17. Which was then like a SAW trap realizing what I'm meant to do with it. It felt like turning myself inside out.

Well here's a few things you can do:

    1) Phimocure

    2) Steroid creams (under GP supervision)

    3) Just use it. I did and it completely tore it in half around the end portion, blood everywhere, swollen like a balloon for weeks... Which is great because it healed up and now I can use it. Yay. No scar or anything.

If one can't pull the foreskin back, then you won't be able to clean your penis

so how do you deal with smegma [aka: di*k cheese] if you can't pull the foreskin back. Shouldn't your penis have fallen off by now?

I have the same problem. Im 17.
I suggest you tell your GF the truth and go see a GP.
Don't go ahead with a circumcision just because of the pressure or what your GP/Urologist/GF says if your not happy with it. (I had a very pushy urologist myself :L)
Please speak to your GP for their opinion but what I have done (as circumcision is a definite last resort) is getting on the list for circumcision (as it will probably be quite long) and try stretching in the meantime. Your doctor is likely to prescribe a hydrocortizone cream (or similar) initially anyways which is designed to help with the stretching (It didn't work for me however).
Like RockyDennis said there are products out there like Phimocure that look to be quite an effective and easy way of stretching (Im hoping to get it myself).
Stretching will take time but for many people they have had good success with it.
There are lots of great forums and websites out their for advice.
In the meantime I shouldn't see why it should stop you enjoying sexual activity just maybe not intercourse.
    Good luck!

I had to get a circumcision, after trying steroid creams, unfortunately it might be only option but try others first like steroid creams

Thanks for your responses guys, I did write pretty much my whole life story out fully which would of provided way better context but that one didn't post correctly so I just wanted to get this one on the board quick.

I went to the doctors last year, tried the cream & it didn't work so i'm aware I need a circumcision, only problem is fitting it in around my uni work & telling my parents since we don't have much of a relationship. Always planned to get it done after uni but want to get it done asap cos of the way my life's gone, will definitely talk it over with the girl as well.

Thanks again everyone, this got way more responses than I ever could of imagined
