You have the two most important ones at GCSE.
You will need to enquire with the uni as to how they will view your level 2 BTEC.
They should accept it, but its up to them how many GCSEs they consider it to be equivalent to. If thats the only thing you are doing full time, then theres a reasonable chance you will be fine, bit only they can tell you.
Get the exact name and full title of the qualification correct, so they know exactly what you are talking about.
