I've gone down from 8st 13lb to 8st 6lb in 4 days. I haven't been doing a lot of exercise (since its the school holidays) and if anything I have eaten more food than before, especially unhealthy food. Is this something I should be worried about?

It might be this. I'll simplify it a lil. You might be losing muscle mass and gaining fat? (muscle is heavier than fat) so on a scale you look like you're losing weight?

That could be it. But do you really lose that much muscle mass after 1 week? I haven't seen any difference in my strength or anything. I don't look like I have lost any fat though so it could be it.

I guess you won't know really. Try going back onto the diet and exercise you would normally do when it's not holz and see what happens. If you keep losing weight then see a doc?

It could be that you've had your period so you've lost water weight. Also, if you weigh yourself at different times of day this can make a difference too, as you are heavier in the evening, not too sure why! Hopefully it'll just be something simple like this, but if you keep losing weight I'd go and see a doctor.
