When studying midwifery at university in the uk (England) is there a placement each year or do you only do a placement for the last year? Asking because I recently had a baby myself and considering university

    Thanks

Hi, there are placements every year, it is a requirement to complete a certain numbers of hours in clinical practice during the degree.
I would recommend going to university open days to find out more information, as there are variations in how placements are run between universities.
    I hope this helps.
