    Hey,
I'm (hopefully) getting Ceramic or Lingual braces soon, and was wondering if anyone could maybe share their experiences of either? All suggestions will be greatly appreciated,
    Thank you.

    P. S. If it makes any difference, I'm in Year 11.

I'd definitely recommend ceramic! My friend had those and they were hardly even noticeable on her teeth unless you got close. Also, the big problem with lingual braces is that while you don't see them because they're behind your teeth, they mess with your speech pretty badly - most people get quite a severe lisp. Ceramic braces don't cause any issues in that respect.

Unfortunately I can't speak of my own experience with either of them, I've got plain ol' traditional metal braces.
