In your opinion, what is the best university for Psychology (and why)?

I have heard that Kent or Surrey are rather good for the placement year, which is something I am interested in as I plan to pursue a career in clinical psych.

I have already taken A-levels and can go virtually anywhere based on my grades (not looking art Oxbridge however) but would prefer to stay within the south-ish of England. Any advice is greatly needed!!

    Thanks!

Surrey is an especially good university, I also know the Bristol university and UWE Bristol do great Psychology courses. Plymouth uni was my insurance option when I applied for psych! I went to UWE and I'm now doing a masters course in Forensic Psychology - your degree is what you make it!

Thank you for replying! I am currently at a top 50 uni and I had reservations about going but was told by nearly everyone that my degree would reflect my work input so the actual uni didn't matter too much, but I am really not enjoying my time here and really needed some advice as to where would be 'best' to go. It is starting to sound like Surrey would be the best option so far.
