I'm an international student and I will be unable to attend my Oxford interview, on occasion I get invited to do so. My college is Magdalen and they have asked me to email them informing them about my inability to attend, and I have no idea how to construct the email. So my questions are:
1) What all do I need to include in my email? eg; UCAS ID, name
2) What should the subject of my email be?
