I've recently become even closer friends with all the 'popular' people and I love going out with them but I worry that if I keep on going out then my grades will drop (which they already are), but if I stop going out then we will stop being friends. Help?? Anyone...

If these friends will stop being friends with you because you don't go out all the time then they aren't really your friends. Your grades are more important, wouldn't you hate to look back and think "If only I hadn't gone out so much I would have got better grades"?

True friends wouldn't break it off with you if you decided not to go out a few times! Friends come and go, I have so many 'best friends' from GCSE that I don't talk to now in year 13.

Your grades matter way more than going out and you don't want to regret it in the future if you let them drop and it stops you from doing what you want.
