I have my GCSE mocks in a couple of weeks and i am nervous/stressed about them. However, my parents and teachers are saying that we shouldn't feel this way. So, i was wondering how important are they and should i feel stressed/nervous about them? Thanks

They are important in the sense that ...
They help you locate your weaknesses
and some schools give students their predicted grades based on their results
some schools may change your tier

Definitely don't be stressed about them, they're just to get you used to taking tests under exam conditions e.g. timed and in silence. They're actually really helpful in preparing you for the real thing!
