Last year I did my As and one of the subjects were media studies. I got A for production part (magazine) and D for my writing part of the exam, the overall grade turned out as C . I was hoping to get higher grade so this year Im going to retake the As exam.
I was wondering if anyone has any tips and suggestions how to deal with the writing part? How did you structure your answers, what did you include, how did you manage your time for all of the questions? Thanks !

I did AS media last year and got an A, I think the the thing that helped me most was using my english language skills, looking at things critically and with an arty perspective if that makes sense? Practising looking at things with the media outlook will help, try watching movies and reading articles of extracts from books and read into things, look in the background and between the lines. Try reading other peoples essays, there plenty online and practise writing them, practise will definitely help!
