I basically want to eat two chicken breasts ( quite large). I am going to make them in the oven, but after looking at the nutrition stats I'm a bit worried. My portion comes up with 330mg of cholesterol, which is 30mg over the recommend daily intake.
    HELP please!

Throw caution to the wind and do it anyway.

Why not cook them both, cut off like 1/3 of the 2nd one and save that for tomorrow? Keeps you in your recommended daily intake and you have enough for a chicken sandwich tomorrow.

I'm sure 1 and 2/3 chicken breasts along with some salad or something is more than enough to fill you up.

    No clue.
Decided to make them anyway! I am really struggling with making nutritious, healthy and weight-losing foods at uni. Any ideas would be welcomed!

If you’re just having it by itself without any other fatty stuff it should only be around ~200 calories for the both of them.
