Hi, I'm in year 2 of IB and applying for Physics. My IGCSE results: A for Additional Maths, A*s for Chinese, English, Chemistry, Physics and Economics, but C for Business Studies. I'm kind of worried about the C... cuz I heard that British universities really look at IGCSE scores!

    hi!! :wavey:

I'm also in the IB (year two), and I'm sure your one C in business studies should be fine. You have a great number of A*'s for the others, and seem to excel in topics that relate to physics - remember, UK universities tend to be very subject-focused...so a C or a B in an unrelated subject shouldn't break you. Just make sure you hit that 7 in physics HL (which I assume you're taking)....

    Your results are great!

    good luck!!

Thanks, that's a relief! Yes I'm taking Physics HL- It's not very easy for me to get a 7 as our teacher is confusing (he NEVER teaches us stuff covered in exams!) so I'll just have to do some work. I actually have my PAT coming up next Thursday, meh.

Good luck to you too since we're both in year two!
