I was binge watching Outlander and Victoria. Glad for an extra hour because I didn't sleep as late as I had thought, I got in a habit of sleeping and waking up early and was so proud, I'm ruining it now :ashamed2:

So British Summer Time is over meaning the clocks went back and gave us all an extra hour. We now get lighter mornings but darker evenings.

It was introduced in 1916 in Germany to help with coal shortages and if you chose to spend it asleep; it could help against high blood pressure, cancer, stress and diabetes.

What have you done/plan to do with your extra hour today?
I plan to sleep as I was on a 5-hour flight last night.

The ones round here don't give the extra hour, they still close at the time it would have been had the clocks not changed. Unlucky.

Had to go work and I can tell you that my manager was surprised I turned up to work 2 hours early! Better late than never I guess!
