    your hangover is hopefully gone by now but loads of water helps.

    hangovers are apparently caused (or exacerbated) by dehydration so drink plenty the morning after. or alternate between pints of water and pints of beer/cider/vodka on the night. probably stay away from coffee or other stimulants, itll be a quick fix but come back to bite you later on in my experience.

    also eat plenty. i'm almost always ravenous post-drink so that's rarely a problem for me, but if you feel sick in the morning maybe grab a kebab on the walk home?

    Poor you. There's people with actual illnesses that aren't complaining.

    You will be able to though (food will help esp carbs) and with a sugary coffee and lots of fluid (water) and fresh air. Youll be mended soon.

    Ive just come out of hospital after 10 days and still ongoing so people moanng about hangovers and self-inflicted stuff gets my back up.

    Sorry for sounded a bit of a nob. Been in hospital for 10 days and could still be ill so seeing people moan about hangovers and such gets to me atm.
