I'm 16, from Spain and I have a lot of pressure from school and my parents. The only way I can relax is by smoking (I'm not addicted). Can anyone give me tips in how to relax. I really don't want to deteriorate my health.

Going out with friends in your spare time is always a good idea. To always keep to yourself can make you feel worse.
You could also find a new hobby or interest which you can keep yourself busy with, so you don't focus on the stress. It is a more constructive way to spend your time than smoking!
