    How do you stay motivated to study? Any routine/advice that works best for you?

    i've found that you just have to force yourself to get into a good routine and develop a strong work ethic, and then the motivation comes naturally. it starts to feel good to be productive and that feeling deters you from distractions and makes you focus more on your work

    Make a studyblr. I made one earlier this week and it's changed my life so much. Although today I'm having a bit of a poor day but I'm letting myself. You have to take it bit by bit and try not to be overly ambitious straight away, build yourself up. Eve Bennett's yt channel as some really good advice. Hope this helps
