I applied through the Central Application Board on 11th October to study a GDL next year.
I applied to City university, London Met and Westminster. My application got sent out to the universities on 13th.

I have heard back from Westminster with a conditional offer ( i am currently in my 3rd year studying public health and health promotion). I have only been given until 15th November to reply to the offer.

So my question is... How long does it usually take for universities to get back you? my first choice is City but I am worried they wont reply before the 15th deadline to reply to Westminster.

    cheers

Just ring City and make an informal enquiry. tell them you already have an offer, would like to go there but you have a deadline. GDLs shouldnt be that competitive, they normally just want the money. Its more or less the same course everywhere.

I agree with 999, if you contact City and let them know you have an offer from another place they may hurry your offer along
