    Hello,
I currently do igcse in y11.
I am a bit confused on my a level choice. I want to either go in the banking line or the computing line. I am thinking of doing Economics Maths Computer Science and another a level. What would be recommended for the fourth a level.
Oh and in our school you drop a subject for y13.

To be honest, I would recommend Further Maths if your school offers it, if you truly wanna shoot up in that field, that will be very good for you.

Honestly I would just go for something you enjoy or find particularly interesting. Maybe even something completely different to your other three, such as Art. I do four quite similar A Levels and wish I had chosen Art or even a language to have a break from my more science-type subjects. Universities will give you offers based on your three subjects you continue in Year 13, so the fourth can be really up to you! What other subjects do you enjoy most at GCSE?

If you can’t find something you enjoy that you haven’t already picked, what about Further Maths? A lot of CompSci courses require this (or think it’s useful). it’s super interesting!!!

Would you guys recommend self-teaching further maths. I find IGCSE maths really easy and normally get A's with little effort.

You could probably self teach yourself FM up until AS level, after that it gets a lot harder....then again I'm speaking for experience of the old spec. You should be able to get A*s with no effort if your going to manage though.
