    Assume that the mass of an isotope in amu to 3 significant figures is equal to its mass number.
    Fluorine only occurs naturally in one isotope, F19, and has a relative atomic mass of 19.0amu.
    Calculate the mass of a fluorine atom in kg. Give your answer to 3 significant figures.

    You know the mass of a proton, neutron and electron. Just multiply the number of protons neutrons with their mass in kg and electrons' mass with the number of electrons fluorine has. You can find the masses of the 3 particles online as agreed values.
