What does 'introspection' mean?
A friend recently said something along the lines of it seems hard to say it but you should indulge in a little less introspection and focus more on positives.

self-reflection! stop over-analysing everything (over-analysing tends to lead to worrying) is what he or she means basically! hope this helps
